Bertrand BADRÉ, Associate and Founder of Blue like an Orange sustainable capital, former Managing Director of the World Bank.
Bertrand BADRÉ created and currently manages the responsible investment fund Blue Like an Orange Sustainable Capital. From 2013 to 2016, he served as Managing Director of Finance at the World Bank. In 2008, he was in the front line to avoid the global bankruptcy of the banking system. A graduate of HEC, Sciences Po Paris and ENA, he has been CFO of Crédit Agricole and Société Générale. He is the author of "Do we really want to save the world?" rethinking finance after the Covid-19 pandemic. He is a connoisseur of the French and international financial systems and a keen observer of financial market news.

Jessica IFKER DELPIROU, Partner at Serena, former CEO of BforBank, ex PayPal, Made.com and Meetic.
Graduated from HEC, Jessica IFKER DELPIROU has about fifteen years of experience in different environments that share the common feature of having witnessed or initiated strong market disruptions. She has worked in industries such as dating (Meetic), fintech (PayPal, ING Direct), telecommunications (Bouygues Telecom) or furniture (Made.com). In 2021, she took over as CEO of BforBank, the digital bank of Crédit Agricole. Today, she is an Operating Partner of Serena Investment Funds. She is a speaker on the topics of change management, transformation in a digitalized world, customer focus and personalization of the customer relationship, and more.

Linked with the application of PSD2 and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), the security of payments is confronted, today, to an important step. Thus, despite the positive impact of SCA in France with, for instance, a decline of 20% of the fraud in the Internet transactions, according to the French "Observatoire de la Sécurité des Moyens de Paiement", published in July of 2022, new risks are appearing, linked, for example, with the manipulation of consumers.
In addition, the security of payments is living new important challenges : data, that is a huge issue at a EU level, the evolution towards the instant context - that implies new strategies and policies in the field of scoring of risks - , systemic issues (with the strategies of big techs), and anti-money laundering (AML), that is a strong topic in the geopolitical instability that we live today
